These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of repify.gg and any services provided by Repify Labs ("Repify," "we," or "us"). By using Repify, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use Repify
You must be at least 13 years old to use Repify. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password. Don't create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, evade enforcement, or otherwise abuse the platform.
You may link your Riot Games account to Repify. We use Riot's official API to verify ownership and pull match data. Linking is voluntary; you can unlink or delete your account at any time.
Ratings and user content
Repify lets players rate other players using pre-defined tag pills, based on matches they played together. Ratings are a form of user-generated content. You agree that:
- You will only rate players you actually played with
- You will not submit ratings that are knowingly false, malicious, or in bad faith
- You will not coordinate with others to manipulate any player's reputation score (positively or negatively)
- You retain ownership of the ratings you submit, but you grant Repify a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display them publicly, aggregate them into reputation scores, and use them to operate the platform
We may remove ratings or suspend accounts when we detect abuse, including coordinated rating manipulation, fake reviews, or harassment campaigns.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or programmatically access Repify outside of any official APIs we may publish
- Reverse engineer the platform or attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical measures
- Use Repify to harass, defame, or threaten any person
- Use Repify in a way that violates the Riot Games API Terms of Service or other applicable game policies
- Upload malware, attempt to compromise other users' accounts, or otherwise interfere with the service
- Use Repify for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
Repify, the Repify name, the Repify logo, the platform design, and the underlying code are owned by Repify Labs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these without our written permission.
Valorant and all related game content are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Repify is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Riot Games. Riot Games assets are used under Riot Games' API Terms of Service.
Service availability
Repify is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repify Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including loss of data, loss of competitive opportunity, or reputational harm.
Reputation scores on Repify are derived from user-submitted ratings. They reflect the opinions of other players, not objective truth. Don't use them as the sole basis for serious decisions.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing jasonzirbel05@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Sections that by nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use Repify after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Repify will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
