This Privacy Policy explains how Repify Labs ("Repify," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit repify.gg (the "Site") or use any of our services. We try to keep this short and plain — if anything is unclear, email jasonzirbel05@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account data
When you sign up, we store the email address and password hash you provide. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which acts as our data processor. We never see or store your plain-text password.
Riot account data
Repify is a reputation-tracking platform for Valorant. When you link your Riot account, or when you appear in a match alongside another Repify user, we may store:
- Your Riot ID (game name + tag, e.g.
example#1234) - Your Riot PUUID (a Riot-issued unique player identifier)
- Your region (e.g. NA, EU, KR)
- Match metadata: match ID, map, queue type, agent played, competitive tier (rank), party ID, win/loss, round-derived playtime, player-card cosmetic ID
We obtain this data from the official Riot Games API under Riot's API Terms of Service. We do not collect or store data that is not exposed by the Riot API.
Ratings and reputation
Other Repify users may rate you using a set of pre-defined tag pills (e.g. "good comms," "toxic," "stayed positive when losing") based on matches you played together. We store these ratings, compute aggregate reputation scores from them, and display the results publicly on Repify.
Usage data
We collect minimal technical data automatically: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type, and page navigation. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your data
- Provide the service: show you the leaderboard, your matches, ratings about you, and ratings you've submitted.
- Compute reputation scores: aggregate ratings into a public 0–10 reputation score per player.
- Detect abuse: identify and act on fake ratings, harassment, and rating manipulation.
- Communicate with you: respond to support requests, send account-related notices.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Third parties we use
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage
- Vercel — hosting and edge network
- Railway — backend service hosting
- Riot Games, Inc. — source of Valorant game data via the official Riot Games API
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, we honor the following rights globally, modeled on the GDPR:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data (some aggregate reputation data may persist in anonymized form)
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data while we resolve a dispute

Riot Games deletion requests
Riot Games periodically forwards player deletion requests to all developers using the Riot API. When we receive such a request, we delete or anonymize the affected player's data within Riot's required timeframe.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregate reputation data (anonymized scores, tag counts) may persist longer for statistical and abuse-prevention purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies for two purposes:
- Authentication — Supabase sets a session cookie when you sign in. Required for the site to function.
- Preferences — we store a small amount of UI state (e.g. recent searches) in your browser's
localStorage. This never leaves your device.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, bcrypt password hashing via Supabase, role-based database access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Children
Repify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
